Keeping it light after heavy eating and drinking this week. Poke bowls here tonight.

Sushi rice. Marinating the tuna two ways, shoyu and spicy. Toppings are: carrot, edamame, seaweed salad, cucumber, cilantro, avocado, scallion, pickled ginger. Ponzu sauce and furikake seasonings.

Drinking our favorite white from the Monticello AVA, Barboursville 2018 Vermentino Reserve.

Get straight up room temperature in the middle.

Takes over 2 hours.

Grill at about 575. Hood closed. 4-5 mins on each side.

Oven @ 400 for 5-6 more.

Salt, pepper and rest for about 10 minutes while tater finishes.
