Crass's Tbonz post got me craving a ribeye sandwich

I want to emulate T-bonz iconic (at least iconic to me in college when I was hungover)
4-6 oz thin-cut ribeye - heavily seasoned with salt and pepper and hard-seared
Slice of pan-fried ham
Smoked provolone
Romaine lettuce (no stems)
Medium sliced tomators
Serve with Au Jus
I has everything except for the au jus. Never made it, I don't think. Anyone know a quick and easy way to make Au Jus?

found T-Bonz old pre-COVID menu, and what I'm looking for is actually prime rib, turkey, and bacon. NOT ribeye and ham.
Either sounds delicious with a cold beer though.

You could probably use the "Better than Bouillon" beef concentrate to make a reasonable facsimile of a real au jus. Dilute with water and church it up a bit with worshercheshtister and S/P heated in a little sauce pan, maybe a pat of butter.
