I really hate how I keep hearing people say

That we were better prepared for Bama because the team didn't have to focus on Notre Dame so focused on bama instead, and that Alabama didn't focus on Clemson because they were focused on Oklahoma. Are you ####### kidding me? Bama spent ALL of their focus on the 130th rank pass defense? get outta here with that garbage. Clemson is just top to bottom the better team.

Score could've been alot worse what else are they gonna say

Bama has never lost a game due to being flat out beat. They only get beat by being Hurt, not prepared, sun was in their eyes the whole game etc.

I heard Bama's team had the stomach flu

. . . and if not for that stomach flu, they would have kicked our ass!

Actually it's the opposite. We were better prepared because

we DID have to prepare for ND, and ND actually has a defense, along with an offense.

Therefore, we had a much easier game in the final since ND is BETTER than Alabama.

Coworker who happens to be my bosses husband came into my office today and said....

Clemson had an easy path because they are in the ACC. Went on to say that Bama just had to work harder and had more injuries because of who they play.

I told him I disagreed and left it at that (he is the husband to my boss). But between TNet and me.....it ticked me off.

Just have him look at the official sos. Week 15 we were 47 and they were 50. The final sos has us 22 and them 21 (presumably because final ranking has us ahead of them).

Maybe it’s a case of bammer just didn’t want to be there...

Seems like a popular excuse for all of the losers ??

who are these people you are hearing from?

Posted: Jan 10, 2019 4:51 PM

are you talking to Alabama/SEC people and yearning for their praise? Going over to FGF looking for a nice word? Folks at the SEC network who are being paid to be homers?

You are in for some sad times if you are looking for some fluffing from those folks.

I believe it.

Guy probably had picked 'Bama to win and has to do a little CYA. A lot of CYA out there this week.

Would you rather clemson lost

Posted: Jan 10, 2019 5:16 PM

And were said we had to focus on nd while bama didn't really have to focus on oklahoma?

Would you rather win or make up crap for losing?

You are literally the first person I've heard say that***

WE WOULD HAVE KILLED OKIE WORSE THAN BAMA

If anything, last year Bama sat at home while the rest of the CFP teams had to play for conference titles. Talk about extra time, no new injuries, extra recovery time, extra planning.

The last three teams who beat OU in the playoff went on to lose in the championship. This includes us, but you did not hear anyone from Clemson complaining that we had a tougher game in our round while Bama had a cake walk against Michigan State.
