So replay center in ND game was SEC

sort of neutral but not exactly. I had forgotten this. Why not use PAC 12 or Big 10 neither had any chance of being involved or impacted so they have no axe to grind. Not saying SEC replay did anything wrong but why put officials from another conference in that position

Yeh, they would’ve let that fumble by Ian Book go if it wasn’t for Dabo’s quick response.


ESPN has zero control over the ref assignments***

the point is, whoever made the decision got it wrong by using $EC replay officials.

Someone from the Big10 or Pac 12 would have been more appropriate IMO.

yes that is correct. It didnt become a problem but why put officials in a position where they could be accused of favoritism
