And although Bama is sitting at #10 right now, they will outbid everyone and get all their 5*s in the final week.

If people were as good as their obituary - and products were as good as advertised - this would truly be a wonderful world !!

Coots dead last in SEC with average star rating of 84.17......really helping their conference bring in all that SEC quality talent the SEC is known for based on what all the media talking heads like to tell us.....great job Muskcoot.....keep up the great work......Go Tigers!!!!!

What quality recruit in their right mind would go to a program whose head coach will likely be gone by the end of the season? Look for mass transfers out of their program by the end of the season.

Is Tennessee pulling a "2013 Ole Miss"?

May 25, 2020, 11:23 AM

Is something a little rotten in Tennessee's recruiting or is their high ranking due to the fact they already have 24 commits for 2021?

They’ve got some blue chippers but yes, it’s mostly quantity at this point.

USCjr can always use the "it's not the stars, it's how we develop them". LOL

turf2 ---I meant to tick Reply and somehow ticked a TD. I don't know how to undo a TD but I;ve given myself two slaps on my left hand.

Maybe when Muschamp locked down the state re recruiting, he also may have locked down his own doors.

If I counted right, 12 ACC teams are ranked higher in recruiting (above USuC).
The SEC slogan doesn't seem to "just mean more" for USuC. Sad little dumpster fire.

In all honesty...why would anyone choose to play there?

May 25, 2020, 3:22 PM

Unless some kid grew-up a fan, uof6c really doesn't have much, if anything, to offer. There are a number of other better programs, both academically and athletically, across the southeast.

The fact that Tennessee's rating was going to shoot up after they brought Phil Fulmer back as their AD was...kind of predictable.

Some of them were already there, but the SEC's gone straight Wild West again, and they're getting flagrant about it.

Kirby (not so) needs to remind his recruiting targets that it will be beasts like Scar and Vandy that they will be competing against to sharpen their talent.
