Clemson 38 - Georgia 35

Clemson only won by 3 and got lucky by some controversial calls and really shouldn't have won the game.

Georgia was clearly the better team. The score really doesn't reflect the game.

SC clearly dominated the game from beginning to end. There wasn't any doubt.

We both got it done at home with better offensive output , and with just enough of the breaks going our way.
Its ok though , the Dirtpeckers know that they have no defense ...and when you have no defense to stand on there is little hope in football.

Them barely beating ECU tells us nothing. Every year Slurrier almost blows an easy game. I think we will win, but until we win a game this decade, I'll save the flaming until then.

Actually they were both great games that went down to the wire. Home field probably wins both those games.

and you're right--both games were hard fought. BUT...
you guys won yesterday because a Gurley TD was called back due to a non-existant holding call against UGa (watch the replay)....that plus their kicker missing two field goals AFTER setting the SEC record for consecutive made fg's.

Last year in DV, Clemson had 10 point lead going into the last few minutes and went into a "prevent" defense surrendering a final touchdown while making the clock expire.

As I said, both games were hard fought by 3 teams who are rivals about 100 miles apart
