and surrounding area?
I haven't attended a game there since 2007 and it was like a third world country.
I hear coots now talking about how much the area has improved. Is this true or is it still a dump?

They've turned the old farmers market into a nice tailgating area and are supposed to landscape around the stadium and move out alot of the parking.
Two blocks away is a dump/industrial area.

I was only responding to your comment about chicken salad. I was giving culinary comment, not one about the coot stadium. you seem a bit defensive.

I'll give you a straight answer since nobody else did, and I will assume your is a serious question.
Old Farmers Market looks great, and even the Fairgrounds parking lot has been redone and landscaped.
If you have not been there since 2007, the condo projects add a nice touch.
Next year the parking around the stadium will be gone and the area transformed into walkways. Also bought the ETV building and it will be park of the stadium complex.
Bathrooms are still awful, hopefully they will work on those and the interior causeways when they do the outside work.

The area is night and day different from 2007, while iy is impossible to get that on campus feel, they are doing what they can. The new practice facility will be completed by spring and will sit behind the farmers market, this will give some insignia. Once they grass in around the stadium it will make a difference. I would like to see a main entrance be built into WB, it looks the same on all side, would also like to see them brick the stadium similar to baseball.

They made made the area homeless population wear Coot hats , so you couldn't tell them apart from the regular Coots. Then palm trees and some fresh asphalt .
Yeah , usual dump is still dumping it hard.
