The story the player told did not match what they told the investigator. The defense called 1 witness said he wasaid not drinking but yet there were charges on his credit card from the bar. The defense witness said the investigator never called him was proven to be a lie. He was also proven to be an fsu fan.

Cook is lying about the whole thing. Too bad really. At FSU they just teach their players to lie when they get caught.

As much as I believe he did something that night, I think he will be acquitted of everything.. Been following these updates mostly all day and there have just been to many inconsistencies on both sides to prove without a doubt one way or another.. I believe he hit that girl, but the state didn't really show any kind of prove..

It's mister me nor assult not murder the burden of proof is smaller. That state doesn't really have to prove much.

Yeah. I think he's probably fried unless there's some fix in with the jury or judge. Juries get weird about convicting a guy for murder because then it's on them if they got it wrong. But they stress less - and usually get it wrong less - when it's just another crime, and especially one that doesn't involve massive amounts of jail time. In this case, Cook was lying, the defense was able to prove he was lying, and his one witness got discredited.
The biggest problem the defense was having was, was the girl provoking people and acting all crazy-like, wandering around and starting fights with random helpless FSU players who were just minding their own business, or was Dalvin Cook just not there, and it's all mistaken identity?
Make up your mind, peoples.
I think he gets convicted. Of something.

An eye witness/busted lip,,,,no matter what, the busted lip proves he cold cocked her,
reguardless of what others said....he is guilty. NOW IF HE GETS CONVICTED IS ANOTHER THING/JOCKS

Looks like jury has finished deliberation.. Unfortunately I just think without there being video, this is all he said she said.. While I do believe he is guilty, the prosecution just left to much reasonable doubt..

Not guilty.. Florida judicial system is a joke.. The state was very weak in presenting this case..
