Comparing CU and SCAR Schedule Game by Game

Looking at 12 game regular season for each, game by game, here we go:
Gm CU SCAR
1. UGA Tex A&M
2. SC St. ECU
3. FSU UGA
4. UNC Vandy
5. NC ST Mizzou
6. Louisville Kentucky
7. BC Furman
8. 'Cuse Auburn
9. Wake Tennessee
10. GT Florida
11. Ga St. S. Alabama
12. Scar Clemson

Comparing the two I have Clemson having the equal or tougher opponent in all games EXCEPT 2, 5, 8, and 9. 9 mainly because Wake has a new coach. They all but had Vandy beat at Vandy last season, however Tennessee has to be on the rise.

In other words, seven of Clemson's games are tougher than Scar's out of eleven (ignoring rivalry game in this instance).

Am I seeing through orange colored glasses here? Our schedule seems more challenging. SEC! SEC!

Florida probably harder than GT this year just talent level wise. And ECU is much harder than SC state.

But I think the other games were a fair evaluation. All in all the schedule is at least pretty even. This whole $EC bs about the schedule being so hard is just an excuse.

Good points. But S. Alabama is way better than ga state.

S Alabama has a prayer, ga state couldn't get close to Wofford.

Here are some more stats according to the AP pre-season top 25 ;

1-Clemson Plays 3 - top 25 teams:

#1 Fla. St.

#4 SC

#15 Louisville

SC Plays 5 - Top 25 teams

#2 Auburn

#4 Clemson

#5 Mizzou

#18 A & M

#24 Vandy

No Georgia Or NC ???

I thought about UF being tougher than GT too, but until they prove they can tackle the opposing team instead of themselves and beat georgia southern I'll hold off. They've got a lot to prove and always get a ton of credit just because of the name.

Mizzou, vandy, and A&M will all be down. Did you see what mizzou lost in offseason?? Vandy new coach. A&M needs another Johnny. I'd rather play any of them than Louisville or UNC.

If Scar can't win east I'll be disappointed, they need a curb stomping in the valley.
