players. Just my 2 cents. We can make another run with a stellar defense next year.
Might be our last best shot with Watson still here.

We're loading up on 5* and 5* talent, unfortunately special teams are all about coaching. Dabo needs to fix it, and his track record indicates he will.

Considering the defensive coaching and talent we have our defense will be fine, but we can all speculate just how great they'll be. Our offense is going to take a lot of pressure off our defense because they're going to score a lot of points, and we'll be able to run the ball very effectively.

Clemson isn't finished after Watson though, too much coaching/talent for Clemson not to be in the mix for National Championships.

no team can win all their Power 5 games without a solid defense.
Just saying.

You can have all the 4 and 5 star talent on the
special teams you want,but if they don't know how to line up,
and stay in their lanes,and stop allowing the game changing long returns,
or fail to cover an onside kick(replay the ACCCG if you need a refresher)
it won't matter.
Special teams issues this season was strictly on the coaches.
There,that's my 2 cents worth ,plus a 2 dollar bill for good measure.
