Clemson would have still played Pitt without divisions

Pitt and Cuse were both 6-2 in conference.

Pitt had the head-to-head win over Cuse.

I'd still like to get rid of divisions, just to tick Swoffy off.

To be honest, we need a couple of Power FB teams in the coastal division so to make the ACC championship game competitive!!!!

There will be some much improved teams in the Coastal Div. soon. VT is coming back, so will UNC and Miami. Must wait and see about GT & UVA. Do not expect Pitt to rest on their laurels either. And there is going to continue to be some improvement in our Atlantic Div. foes; notably BC, FSU; Louisville & NCSU. Hopefully that does not occur at the same time as we see eachg of them ever fall.

Without divisions Pitt may not have racked up a 6-2 league

record beating up on a bunch of Coastal teams. Granted Pitt did beat Cuse head to head, but they didn't have to play Clemson or NC State.
