Clemson-scar rivalry record

As most people know the rivalry all-time record is 70-42-4. I think the most impressive fact about the “rivalry” Is the last time scar led the series was in ‘98... 1898 that is

Even more impressive...until 1960 the game was always played in Columbia...so they had home field advantage, and still Clemson dominated the series.

Seems like eventually those Gamecocks would figure out that they just aren't very good at football and find some other game to play. If they could make water bottle throwing into a sport the might win some trophies.

They shouldn't count the forfeited game

USC officially forfeited it, but they now claim that Howard didn't accept it. Howard sure accepted the ACC championship that came with the forfeit, and most of the USC players returned their ACC championship rings.

It's either 71-41-4 or 70-41-4, but can't be 70-42-4. USC declared the game a loss with the forfeit.

not correct. They won the frist game we played in 1896

they lost the 2nd game and the third and never went up again. The held the overall title for 1 year. We have held if for 121 years.
