Didn't make it. Maybe the reporting was wishful thinking, but looks like he didn't make UGA's BIG weekend after JS attended his game Friday Night."Rumor" is he's been recruiting Clemson for a while. Maybe, Clemson decided they weren't playing the waiting game with Henderson any longer ?

Wondered when we would. Didn’t Elliot just visit him. Smaller, speedier guy. Probably a slot guy. Wonder if Henderson is trending elsewhere or our coaches decided to go a different route? Especially considering Rodgers recovery.

I remember a post from last Friday that Coach Scott was leaving on a recruiting trip to FL. Very possible he was headed to see Arian.

Elliott may have been there, but I watched the Lakeland game online and Coach Scott was on the sidelines watching DeMarkcus Bowman and Arian Smith...and othere.
The Lakeland QB is being heavily recruited by Auburn, but we probably don't have room for the QB.
Sure would like to see Arian Smith come to Tigertown as a WR. He and Bowman would create a new pipeline to Clemoon from Lakeland's dominant Florida program. Historically, the best Lakeland players mostly went to Gainesville. Bowman changed THAT!!!

To think some here believed Demarkcus Bowman was wavering on his commitment. Looks like he's been doing work for us in Lakeland.
With all due respect to Xzavier Henderson, Arian Smith would be a much better pickup for Clemson. It's a cheat code for he and Bowman to be on the field at the same time in high school. It would be similar in college.
In my perfect world, we would get both Henderson and Smith. Either of these guys could end up as a 5-star.
With all due respect to EJ Williams, he's a cut below both of these guys.
Watch #10 streak in at the last moment on Bowman's long TD run. Smith is wicked fast.

Interesting take, what makes you think he's not as good? Henderson and Smith are both smaller "stats" kinda of guys in high school where as E.J is a lot more like what we use at Clemson currently with the size and speed combo, not as fast but also 20lbs heavier and a much more full frame. We're only taking 1 more receiver so it's interesting to see how it plays out. EJ to me is a better prospect at this time, his size is there and his hands/route running is undeniable. He's a 4.66 guy but has a great burst clearly shown by a sub 4.3 shuttle, uses his body a lot more and makes catches he has no business making a lot like Justyn when we got him from the same HS.
