I remember that drive. Saw it live. Great leadership and execution by Brice.

Just watched the touchdown run. Looked at it several times to try and figure out hwy the hole was so huge.

1. DE went way too wide. My limited understanding tells me that when the DE has contain aand the QB turns to hand off with his back to you then you have to cut inside and attack shallow, not deep.

2. For some reason the OLB went inside.

Looked to me like Clemson had a great playcall. They had a pulling guard and a blocking back leading into the hole. Looks like the pulling guard was going to kick the DE to the outside (which he did, but the DE sure made his job easy). Then, it looks like the blocking back was going to attack the OLB who was going to be outside of the OT. But, he wasn't. OLB virtually had no one to block.

I think it would have been a TD even if the D had filled the proper holes. But, man, the the D make it into an easy score for Travis.
