Do children under 2 need ticket for football games?

Last year they did not. Doubt it changes this year, so enjoy the free entry while it lasts!

Clarify: They need a ticket when they are 3. They don’t check their IDs, so if your kid turns 3 mid-season it’s totally fine to take them in with you without a ticket (per my Iptay rep). But 3 is the rule where you need a ticket.

Unfortunately, we have 2 lower bowl tix but a family of 4 now (kids 3 and 1), but we can’t fork over the dough needed to “possibly” get more lower bowl tix (~$10k)...

It depends. Can't tell if you're a Tiger or coot because you didn't post a pic of yourself in a Clemson shirt and because your pulse is null.

At DV, a ticket is NOT required for a 2 year old.

At WB, every person regardless of age is required to have a ticket.

Hope this helps.
