Choosing UGA would be totally ignorant on Brice's part. Smart had no idea how to use Fields, so why should Brice think Smart has gotten smarter?

I would hate to see Brice transfer, but LSU is going to need a good QB to stay relevant. Brice should consider LSU IMO.
