interested in why y'all feel that way. got to know chad a little when he was at CU. thought he was a decent guy. perhaps he was a bit of a control freak with the O and would have been better off letting the staff have more input. just never saw a smart ###/immature side.

I think Chad is a good guy and he talks a good game but he's just not a natural leader. He's one of those guys that is just meant to be a coordinator. A head coach needs to have his teams play with discipline and consistency, Chad's teams haven't done that. He's a great x's and o's guy, just not a guy I'd want leading my program.
