Catch rule.

I bet I can round up a few guys from this board and come up with a better explanation and the rule of a catch for half the price of what they payin these people. The problem is the refs look to the rule books to define a catch when we as fans use visual evidence and judgement as a catch. To sum it up we are more accurate than the books are because we use our peepers!

Rule should be the same for runners and receivers. Possession in the end zone(2 feet NFL, 1 college) is a touchdown or both have to maintain possession through the ground! Eagles player had made a football move and was a runner.

They really need to simplify that rule. Too many variables now.

part of the rule should say...if you catch the ball on the 6 yardline and drop it anywhere in the endzone...it's a touchdown.
