At the risk of losing what little pulse I already had....

I wish everyone would stop infighting about the school to the south. It is only natural to hate on them and to wish your own school had whatever small success they have right now. Everyone that posts is probably right but it only makes them happier to see the daggers fly at each other. I promise if all personal attacks quit and posting about the cws stopped there would not be one single lurker on the board.

Coots are like crabs. Ignoring them won't make them go away.

lol - no way does that get rid of the cockroaches. There is only ONE way to rid these boards of those pests - is WIN! WIN! and keep on WINNING!! If you can remember 63-17, the chicken fans disappeared for a very long time. It was so peaceful in TIGER land.

How's about we just skip coot baseball altogether...

and talk about something of interest to CLEMSON fans. Such as, our OC said he wants to run the ball this season. Who is our best choice for that? I'm looking for D.J. Howard to have a breakout season. That kid runs hard and gets yards after contact. THAT'S what we need.

Have you ever looked at a map? Clemson is in the far western

corner of SC. Columbia is in the middle of the state. Ever driven to Charleston from Clemson? You know, that city on the eastern edge of the state, on the coast, on the ocean? You drive east through Columbia to get there on I-26. FYI, even numbered interstates go east-west.
I knew someone would probably nit-pic, which is why I almost wrote ESE, but make no mistake, Columbia is to the east of Clemson.
Ever driven to Athens from Clemson? Or looked at a map? You get on I-85 and go south. You know, an odd numbered interstate, like I-95, the ones that go north-south.
Yes, I-85 from G'ville is going SW, but then you get off I-85 you then drive SE to get to Athens.
Check out a map, Columbia is to the far right of Clemson, which is east, and Athens is below, which is south. Is it due east or due south, no, but those are the primary directions.
If you need further proof, go look up the coordinates for Clemson, Athens, and Columbia.
