the football that was clearly,CLEARLY, two inches short of a first down, and then telling the ref to look again, which he did, and then promptly signaled a FURRRRST DOWWWWN for Michigan. Lord knows , we have been the victim of hundreds of bogus calls by officials, but that one was without a doubt, the most flagrantly obvious cheating by an official that I have ever seen. Ref looked right where Spurrier was pointing, and for a second time signaled first down Michigan....

Even though I would have loved for Michigan to win the game, I got a huge laugh out of the level of
punishment imposed on the Michigan running back for the unbelievably bad call by the officials. That's the single worst call I have ever seen in college football...official must have had too much brown liquor the night before the game.
