Canceled tickets at ACC Championship Game

We ordered 8 tickets to acc Championship game in lover level through Ticketmaster, Oder was confirmed, then Saturday evening got email from acc stating tickets were cancelled! Any one else had this happen? It took hours to get through when we purchased them!!

stories. They had to contatc the ACC ticket office or something. Apparently they were worried about resellers buying block tickets since the address was from out of the ACC area.

We bought ours thru ACC office. Their process is 1970s low tech, handwritten confirmations etc. Horrible. But I have not gotten anything about those being canceled. Again, that was via ACC directly - not Ticketmaster.

Send them a telegram stating your intent for the tickets.

I tried calling, and when I asked Sarah to connect me to the ACC Ticket Office, she told me the line was full as the Mindelbright sisters were already talking that day

I got mine in the mail on Saturday. They are upper level, but that should not make a difference. Did you buy the insurance?
