"I love this place, I've got a spot already picked out where I want 'em to put me when I die - up there on that ole hill near the stadium. I want to be there so I can hear all them people cheering my Tigers on Saturdays; then I won't have to go Heaven; I'll already be there."- Frank Howard

No. The attorney will not be be found guilty of DUI. CASE DISMISSED OR PLEA TO LESSER CHARGE. Or found not guilty.

Yes. But the one I know that did had multiple before he was disbarred

He used to hang out at the neighborhood bar every night until close and defiantly had the attitude that he was untouchable. He had two that I knew of and one involved an accident. However, he did manage to stay out of jail but did lose hid licence to practice. Rumor was he was often drunk in the courtroom as well. I never saw him not completely sloshed and hitting on everyone that have into his realm of vision.

If he was worth his salt as an attorney, he'd never get convicted of dui in sc.

The short answer is yes, but it's not that black and white.

If an attorney gets pulled over and then is charged with DUI from alcohol, and has no prior record, it is doubtful they will lose their license. But add illegal drugs, loss of life, and/or multiple DUIs to the record and it is likely.

"IDIOT POSTER OF THE MONTH SO FAR...GWP-- You have won IPM Award for your failure to completely comprehend a clear post & then choose to attack someone who points out your ignorance. While you are not yet in the same No Class Catagory as deRoberts, ClemTiger117 & Tigerdug23, you are getting closer to the Sewer Dwellers." - coachmac
