Brownell should have been released last year

All you’ll that supported Brad Brownell last year and. made excuses about injuries and building a team. Oh, but he just got us to the sweet 16. This year same sorry story just add he won the International Tournament this past summer. He is a terrible sideline coach, he can’t recruit, he can’t develop the few kids that can’t get a scholarship to Sisters of Poor University and he gets embossed by the Gamecocks at Home. Get rid of him now or shut the Basketball program down. Little John wasn’t 25% filled last week. Build a new smaller facility and fewer fans. A character coach would walk away and find a different career or go coach high school in a 1A school.

I was one of the people supporting Brownell last year. After watching the last two games I realized that he cannot develop players nor can he coach the basics of basketball. Fans need to be using every media outlet available to call for change NOW!!!

I said he should go three years ago. As I grew up a Tech fan and went to Clemson I am very familiar with D Rad from Tech as still follow. I emailed him last year and said I would not come to a game until he did the right thing. I got no response. First time I ever had sent an email or letter to a AD which tells my frustration. Its time to wake up and smell the roses.

Lots of Clemson “fans” emailed Terry Don and threatened not to attend football games until Dabo was fired too. Your threats don’t carry as much weight as you think they do.

When you listen to his post game interviews he takes no responsibility. It’s always we gotta get the kids to play better, gotta get them to shoot better, gotta a figure a way to get an inside game. That’s what coaches are supposed to do. We’re 12 games (plus the tournament) into the season and he keeps saying the players need to learn. Well #### it TEACH THEM. Stop blaming them. Look in the mirror.

It's a good thing that the football team is doing so well. Because its like no one cares about basketball anymore.
I think Brownell would be long gone if we really thought basketball was important.
