Exactly. Maybe he doesn't want a pro NFL career. Maybe he wants to serve in the military after college for a bit. West Point would guarantee a great future. Both good choices.

The real reason is because it is not his call if he can commit right now. The coaches have told him he will have to wait and see if they still have a spot opened up for him at the end of the signing period

Because we want him for a position that he doesn't want to play. From what I hear he will not be coming to Clemson due to playing time worries mostly, amongst a few other things.
