before taking their respective positions here that they have aspirations of being head coaches. When you have success in a program people want what you have. I have no problem with any interviews that they attend.

After the regular season is over is fine but not in and around a key rivalry game. It's a distraction.

last week???? Not sure I follow your point. None of the changes at State, Auburn, and BC happened until Sunday.

if they interviewed at anytime this week, then how are they interviewing around pivotal games? We have the week off last I checked.

what do we consider a success? Yes 10 wins is nice, but NC State was the best of those wins and their coach was fired. Until Morris can show that he can expose strong opponents weakness (And yes USuC has weakness that can be exposed), I'm not sold on the offense. Win the bowl game against LSU or Florida and I'll feel better.

Wow, this is the time to interview. As long as you don't have a conference championship game (see FSU, Stoops interviewing, but staying for the title game and likely leaving before the Orange Bowl) it's totally fine. FSU players cheered for Stoops getting an HC spot.

He also interviewed at Tulsa before taking our OC job. Dont worry about it. I mean if he goes, he goes... we thank him and wish him the best... though not too much of the best because they are in our division :-|
