since his stats against Michigan is 0 tackles 0 sacks 0 pass deflections and 2 QB hurries. Sounds to me like he can, in fact, be blocked.

Chase Young can be blocked if there is a plan. Michigan and Wisconsin proved that.
I expect the O-line will adapt and adjust to successfully contain him, whichever side he lines up on. Both OTs will need help.

In watching the Wisconsin game, it appeared to me that they made an effort to keep tight o-line splits so Young couldn't get inside the OT. The weird thing was that as good as Young is supposed to be, he seemed to have no technique to get around the OT, so the OG almost never had to take up slack or double-team. Young had no moves to slip the OT and was mostly just trying to drive into the OT, who was able to handle him just fine and move him to the outside.
I realize that Wisconsin has some excellent o-linemen, but so do we.
Watch our o-line splits and see if they aren't tighter than usual - should be, because Wisconsin showed us how to handle Young.

Still can't believe Ohio State missed on him. But it's clear Clemson will have to have a similar plan for Chase that Michigan then Wisconsin had in the CCG. If they don't help Carmen at times, Chase will be tremendously disruptive.

Carman will have is work cut out. Anchrum will have his shot at Chase Young too since he will rotate sides. I think we go right at him to limit is upfield rush. There's plenty of tape on him now and we have great players and coaches. This OSU team is better then the 2016 OSU we curb stomped. Tigers by 14 points.

Chase Young will be bounced around the line of scrimmage...That’s what makes him so effective...Both tackles need to be on alert. Not just Carman.
