He tells them exactly what to do or not to do and the mental aspect of this team is just a foregone conclusion. I just don't get it, they just don't know how to finish a game...even when they win.

I agree to a certain point however we need better coaching on how to defend the 1/5 screen and roll. That's the only play VT ran in the second half and we had no answer other than hoping they miss a wide open jumper.

The guy wasn't even defended on the 3. He goes around the screen. No switching on D. They fall back like it's the first half. You have to disrupt the pass and flow so they use time.

After that Clemson has a clear quick pass to center court b4 timeout. Player has option at that point to drive and hit winning bucket or call t o. You don't call t o and let D set their defense.

All basic 101 coaching. BB had his chance. Done.

Yep when you lose 6 or 7 games by 5 or less points it has to be coaching.

It is the coaches fault we have a big man that does not know how to play basketball. I love me some Sidy but he still does not understand the game all the way.
