Biggest Football Surprises - ACC and SEC this season?

This post is not about the obvious. All on Tigernet believe Clemson will have an outstanding chance to go undefeated and end up in the CFP, but who do you think will be a surprising team in a positive outcome and a disappointing team in the ACC and SEC? My picks are as follows:

ACC - BC (positive), Louisville (disappointing)

SEC - Arkansas (positive), South Carolina (disappointing)

The picks do not necessarily mean "great" outcomes, but merely better than expected. The disappointing teams chosen are ones expected to compete, but won't to the extent believed by their fans and the media. What say you?

I’m not sure if Arkansas has the right QB to run that offense. Their QB is something like 6’7” and I guess he has a cannon for an arm, but to me the more important QB skill in that offense needs to be happening between the QB’s ears. We’ll see.
