I've never really watched him or paid attention, but when he rose to fame with that Phyllis lady and then continued to milk it...it is just absurd.
It's similar to one of the reasons I don't listen to Walt period. His little act where he paints Ramona as an idiot absolutely disgusts me.

I tried to watch his show once just to see what the big deal was. I found it boring, and the callers stupid. The only thing that was redeeming was an interview with I believe Les Miles, but the interview was not the focal point of the show, it was the stupid callers. It was like watching bad, low rent, standup comedy acts.
