Best and Worst Coverage of Tiger Football

Jul 25, 2012, 8:34 AM

After I read Bart Wright's recent opinion piece (of ####) on Dabo's leadership shortfalls (and the accompanying reaction from Tiger faithful), it made me wonder - is there any truly fair coverage of Tiger football out there? Who is the best? And, who is the worst? Just wondering what Tiger nation thinks?

I do not know of a good paper but The Post and Courier (Charleston) is the best I have found yet.... The State is by far the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!

The Post And Courier gave the Nkemdiche commitment two paragraphs and then did a two page spread on a QB that commited to sc. You'd have thought they got Joe Namath.

Remember Dan Foster with The Greenville News? The guy was there for years, and everyone loved him, but one negative word about Ford, and there was a major uproar. These "jounalists" have to sell papers, and they are going to stir things up every now and then. Take it with a grain of salt. Tee it up, and this guy will be forgotten about.

I don't know about that.

T-net reported the AJC article on Nkemdiche with just about the same spin. I may be wrong but I remember it quoting AJC's article without running down the story line like a good reporter should.

I would think our own site would review the facts being aware of the SEC/Uga bias of the AJC.
