Don't know if this would interest you, but I was in the same situation earlier this week, I found round trip train tickets out of Greenville, SC for 3 people in bed cars for only $970

Its a room that has beds so you can just sleep as you’re going there, which is why I’m doing that instead of driving 12 hours - at least I can relax, not deal with traffic and sleep. 2 beds to a room

going down to the far end of Washington St. Hope you are at least having someone drop you off and not leave your car there, especially with the construction going on at the station. They swing forklifts in and out of that parking lot all day long.
