sometimes I'll go one night without a drink.
2-3 beers per night on an empty stomach so I feel each one.
Cutting back now. Was suppose to go on a beer run today but I'm skipping it.

A couple glasses Wednesday, and then it ramps up from there over the weekend, and maybe some day drinking on Sunday (mimosas, bloody mary's whatevs).

drunk for no reason & don't need the extra calories
3 out of 4 weekends, I will have a few, usually Friday or Saturday night, maybe both. 6-10 beers when drinking, depends on who is around, where we are, and what is available.
I can go a few weeks without drinking. It doesn't really bother me.

Probably 2 nights a week when traveling. If home, zero. I know I know, hard to believe, but if home with wife and kid, I rarely ever drink.
One of those two is slam hammered. The other is typically mild and not so rowdy.
Typical week:
Sunday - NO
Monday - NO
Tuesday - NO
Wednesday - Yes on the road
Thursday - YES HAMMMMMMMMERS
Friday - no (typically)
Saturday - yes (if not been traveling)
Rinse and repeat

I have been at nothing for a few months. My problem is that I don't understand drinking to just have 1 or possibly 2. I like to catch a good buzz and I would do that 7 days per week. I just want to drink if I am at a game, traveling, or something other than just drinking daily.

Going on 4 weeks ago I got so drunk that I've only had 2 beers since.
A buddy came by and we drank in this order and straight:
Gin
Vodka
Bourbon
Irish
Tequila
I was very drunk when I stopped late in the morning and drunk about all next day.
I decided to put a 2 drink limit on myself.
Since then I've only had 2 beers. I'm sure as time goes on I'll have a have a few shots during the week, but for now I'm passing on liquor and haven't missed it and I'll sip a beer occasionally. Needed a break .
