Their wins against Duke (1-5), Texas State (1-2), Pitt (2-4) or Georgia Tech (2-3)?
BC's wins have some against teams with a combined win/loss record of 6-14

to that, Pitt was playing well. Their win over VT, by that margin is a quality win.
Miami probably not as good as BC or Wake.

They're apparently playing better...

but they're still a mediocre team on their best day.
No team that loses to NC State can be categorized as a "good team".

I agree. Doesn't really mean much though.

I'd say Miami and Pitt would be a toss-up game right now.

Miami handled Pitt already.

QB is decent. Defense tough but unathletic.
In UNC's game in Boston, they definitely tried to out "physical" us. There was a least one targeting call when one of their players tried to take out Howell as he was sliding for a first down. At one point in the 2nd half, BC had three consecutive personal fouls called when they kept throwing UNC's players to the ground well after the whistle.

This game comes at a good time for our Tigers. BC will be a good opponent who will challenge Clemson in several ways. They likely are not good enough to win in Death Valley but Dabos team will have to play sixty minutes. Hopefully we can show improvement in several areas such as kick protection and pass receiving. ETN really needs to have a banner day. For him to do that, the big uglies will need to have a good day too. I hope the Tigers can get into a good rhythm on either side of the ball. This is the perfect game to play before going to South Bend.
