Back in 1988 we had the Seminoles where we wanted them.

We were number 3 in the nation and no one else stood in our way at the time for making an assault on the very top. We had them backed up and on the ropes and we were going to win the game. Then they drove the knife into us with the Puntrooskie.
This time if it all lines up for us we need to return the favor. Tigers by 10.

the 'rooski would have likely been irrelevant, might not have even happened. We were dominating them. Whatever it is, just take care of business on special teams against good teams.

So freaking frustrating. Every time a team tries one it seems like we give up 20 yards.

going to try everything in the book to pull off the upset.
Everything they did was in sheer desperation.
There is no way we should not have been looking for the fake punt in that situation.

to treat it like the BC game is the Super Bowl and the only way we win is that we score 100 and shut BC out.
Meanwhile...on Tigernet... I'm not worried about BC at all. We are going to kill them.

Worst game ever. Pouring down rain and steaming hot. Wearing a plastic poncho over a wool Tiger Band uniform.
The memory only gets better when I remember the next year in Florida and chanting F.S.U.0.and2. to their tomahawk chop.
