I'll be the first to admit that I was completely wrong on this one. With our 4-8 record against top 25 I didn't think any way we would host. Definitely shocked and elated. Revenue driven.
Go Tigers. No excuses. Any updates on cw's status? Can he catch now.

I'm not sure anyone really expected us to hang on to a host. It's like they don't penalize you in conf tourney, but only boost you if you win it all. Makes up for screwing us last year putting OK ST in our regional

ncaa tournaments in all sports have been less about being fair recently and more about keeping teams close to home to reduce expenses

hosting. The only team w/ a real argument to be hosting is UVA and they wouldnt host at our place over playing in Charlottesville.

I'd say south Florida could make a good case too. have a better overall record and a good winning record against top 50.
Wouldn't surprise me if they came here as a 1 seed. I don't remember when that happened but isn't it something about not having the facilities... or something like that. Idk.

Clemson has now hosted a regional 15 times since 1975. That's 15 times in 42 years- roughly once every 3 years. Now you've done it two years in a row! Oh wait, you've only been here for 2 years...

It's about time we win one, 2010 was the last time we won a regional I think.
They are predicting Texas A&M ,WV and Davidson is who we get
TAM and WV are 2 really good teams, they will make or regional the hardest.
But if we play good ball we can win it
