Seth Beer is unranked by Perfect Game. Max Preps has him ranked 648. Can you link me to anything that ranked him #2 in the country or #1 OF.

Georgia Prep Outfielder Beer May Enroll At Clemson Early

November 6, 2015 by Teddy Cahill

Georgia prep outfielder Seth Beer is considering graduating early from Lambert High (Suwanee, Ga.) and enrolling at Clemson this winter, sources told Baseball America.

Beer, who played in the last two Under Armour All-America Games, has long been one of the bigger names in the 2016 draft class. But his stock slipped with a so-so summer on the showcase circuit.

While adding Beer a season early would be a boon for Clemson, sources indicated it is not a done deal yet. He could still decide to play out his senior season with Lambert and remain eligible for the draft.

Listed at 6-foot-3, 205 pounds, Beer is a physical player with power potential. He’s been a corner outfielder and would likely remain there in college, though he may eventually move to first base if he were to lose a step as he matures. He turned 19 in September, and would be a draft-eligible sophomore if he didn’t enroll at Clemson until next fall.

Clemson’s 2015 recruiting class ranked No. 23 this fall and was headlined by Georgia prep pitchers Jake Higginbotham and Ryley Gilliam. Beer would add a talented hitter to the group of incoming Tigers and provide a boost to coach Monte Lee in his first season at the school.

TheClemsonInsider.com and D1Baseball.com first reported Beer could enroll early at Clemson.

Seth Beer is a great player but the article asserts that he was a number 2 ranked player in the nation which is simply untrue.
