Obviously a coot...Bowden improved our football program before hitting a plateau. Brownell unfortunately has been in decline since taking over.

I'm not mad, and I have no problem acknowledging Brownell's faults.

Unless things change drastically, and we can get into the NIT, I support firing him after the season.

My point in all if the basketball discussion here is that Brownell is not the main problem. Rather, he is a victim of it. The problem is that we don't support basketball consistently at Clemson. We must up the ante, and spend the money on a top coach. We must have strong fan support, and we must continue to upgrade the facilities. If we do those things, we can be great.
