Thing is good for recruiting but you need to have coaches that will put a foot in your a $$ too. Need to be able to instill discipline or else the players will lose it. Don't know if Scott and Elliott have that. Afraid that if the coach is your buddy too much players won't take them seriously when they chew their ###. This is no time for buddy speeches.

Dabo is respected. I can't swear to the OCs but I don't think the head coach is the issue here.

Ask Teasdale if Dabo will get at you. Dabo the cheerleader is an old cheap shot. He's a different man and demonstrated that he can keep a team focused. Either go back to FGF or get a clue about reality.

It's not the head coach. The assistants are the ones that are hands on with the players everyday. They are the ones that should be getting in the players ##### that the players should be scared of screwing up. Coach Venables has proven to be that kind of coach. Scott and Elliott haven't and you see the discipline and execution of the offense.
