Stoudts father was also a backup quarterback for much of his career ... and a very good one. I may have him confused with someone else because I don't follow pro football as closely as most guys but I think that he was the second string qb for a couple of pro teams and had a knack for coming off the bench and snatching victory away from defeat. Anyone remember him as a young pro?

In any event, I expect Cliff to get Heisman consideration from ESPN today as his performance Saturday was certainly equal to the one Winston had for FSU last week!

Lets all pull for him to be the guy next year. He certainly deserves it.

Cole's father was Terry Bradshaw's back-up for many years for the Steelers SB teams and yea he was very capable when called on.
