Is that tomorrow is better for his timing in the rotation. If they HAD to win tonight they'd pitch him, but they're convinced he'd be better rested to pitch tomorrow night, and they have confidence in their #3.

Arizona has too much offense for the 1 run winning cootlinas! Mike Patrick the SEC homer kept calling Arizona's effort last night "small ball" and fellas I have been in Baseball some 40 years and the Coots play small ball cause they don't have any offense, but Arizona was just a hit or two from double digits no less then 2-3 times last night. Patrick and the coots have small balls, but dem Wildcats play with big balls!

If Zona batters just lay off those pitches outside the strike zone, they will be fine. It's just hard to do since Roth has excellent control. He throws very few strikes relative to balls. They just look like strikes until you swing at it. Maybe they can be patient and take a few pitches sometimes.

Face it zona has three aces. The guy tonight hasn't pitched in the world series but his last game was a complete game in the supers. Honestly the guy last night might have been the #3 until the post season.
