would most fans feel if/when we replace grass with a high tech artificial turf? Now keep in mind we are not talking about the cheap rugs you find at small schools or back in the 70s/80s, I am talking a high tech such as the cowboys or higher level colleges use?

It could prove to be a competitive advantage as these surfaces are usually "faster", and the new higher tech surfaces have drastically reduced the injuries seen on old turfs.

strengths. A huge slow running team would prefer a muddy game or deep snow. And vice versa, the old run and shoot teams were born in domes (Houston Oilers, Atlanta Falcons).
