I thought it was a pretty poor analogy too, but at the same time I think it is more than hyper critical not to expect there to be glitches when rolling out a new server.


Heck I have spent many a weekends setting up parallel processing servers far less complicated, only to see them fail on Monday because some Bozo software guy didn't get the memo and started moving things around.

Yes but most times you roll out a new program there is beta testing with the public. Don't think I saw any of that going on but could be wrong.

there really is no excuse for this level of failure. They knew that there would be this level of volume on the web site.

Another consideration is that most people wanted the I Phone, certainly far from the case with the ACA.
