does a coach want to tell his subs to go in the game and not try to score? They want to showcase also. It is the D's job to stop them, not the O to stop themselves

You don't showcase anything with less than a minute to go. Hardly and substantial game time there to play with...

He's just running his offense. WE have to tackle. Plain and simple. We had to tackle the 18 year old man-child Nick Chubb and no one seemed to want to touch the kid.
Richt is a great guy.
At that point I was just praying we tackle the 18 year old so they wouldn't hang 50+ on us like A&M did the coots.

Third string running back trying to score at the end doesn't bother me. Pisses me off that chad doesn't try to score though. Since when the hell has it ever been a smart thing to go conservative offensively when you are trailing by double digits. The fool doesn't even go conservative when he has a lead. Last year he left tajh in throwing all freaking game even up by 20 padding stats. We could win shoot outs last year, this year not so much.
