You make a pile on your plate and a mustard pile and dip in mustard then dip a little in salt. If no mustard you bite the head off and dip the end of the dog in the salt pile. I thought everybody knew this - it’s a culinary treat!

Since elementary school I have mixed equal parts mustard and ketchup using the stick end.
