How do you like it?

That may be the route we go with our new system since it cools/heats the basement and main floor.

We do. Have 1 system that separately manages our basement and main floor and a 2nd system for the upstairs and haven't had any issues with the zones. Our basement stays pretty cool through the summer so it's a good thing to have a separate zone for it.

I'm curious how much cooler the main floor will be with that. Our basement stays 68 degrees in the summer so it is just stealing the cool air as it sits.

But I want a single room unit for my bedroom. I could let the rest of the house stay 76-80 as long as I could sleep in 72 degrees.

I do this in the unused bedrooms, but that would make it 90 degrees in my living room.

We have 4 zones in the house.

Makes things nicer not having to pay to heat/cool the parts of the house We don't go to that often.
