Any decent places to eat in Greensboro NC?

I am going there tonight and tomorrow night for a work conference. Work dinners are expensed so any good suggestions?

Ruth Chris steakhouse. Too expensive, try Burger King. After all, it did make the WH dinner for the Tiger Team.

Forget the fancy over priced joints which can be found in any city the size of G'boro. Go to one of the iconic eateries in the Triad. That would be Stamey's BBQ. Been in business for 83 yrs. They have been in G'boro for over 60 yrs. Their BBQ is cooked on site in pits using Hickory slabs.

At least four Presidents have eaten at Stamey's. Regan, George Bush, Bill Clinton and Trump.

Try the large chopped plate and be sure to get the peach or cherry cobbler a-la-mode.

Two locations. Battleground Ave and Gate City Blvd. (across street from Coliseum). They are both open for lunch and dinner.
