I do as well, but that is even worse as we have NEVER won a nc in baseball. the acc has to start doing better at the college word series.

Sort of surprised UNC lasted as long as they did. They are a good team, but ended up being a bit overrated. They ran roughshod over the first half of the schedule because it was pretty easy. Second half of the conference schedule brought the tougher teams and they suddenly sort of list it, and never really hit stride again. Slipped through the tournament, had a miracle against less than great competition in the regional. Really struggled, and may have been lucky to beat USC in the super. And like it or not, UNC was loaded for bear, and USC was in a bit of a rebuilding mode after their losses from last years team. Don't think they were ever as good as most thought.

disagree. i think unc just "peaked" too early.

they played their best baseball in the early to a little past the mid year games. by the time the tourny's got here, they were a slumping badly- esp. the pitching.

fans pull for an entire conference. Try not to get caught up in the unnecessary groupings that the jort wearing , mouthbreathing cousin humpers at SEC University feel is some sort of honorable pursuit. High tops and cut offs everywhere...and not a thought to think.
