The reason Trump was elected is pretty simple: Democrats were sore winners when they were in power and they marginalized the majority of voters.

Remember how AWFUL the coots behaved when they were beating us 5 years in a row? And recall how their downfall came about because they were more focused about sticking it to Clemson than they were at trying to maintain their top 5 rankings and recruiting classes.

Well, thats essentially how the Demcorats treated the majority of American's when they took control of the Presidency, Congress, and the SCOTUS under Obama's term.

There was no compromising, or reaching across the isle, or trying to collaborate to make the country better. Nope, the message from the Left through the 8 years was "talk and think like us or else youre a racist, misogynistic, homophobic, fascist, populist, cisgender, oppressive, gun toting, redneck, inbred, piece of ####". On top of that, their policies dragged the economy down.

As someone who was coming of age during that time and trying to learn about the issues in society, it was pretty shocking to see just how irrational and hateful the message from the Democratic platform was.

I consider myself a moderate, I did not vote for Trump and essentially the only Republican issue I'm "pro" on is gun rights. But you cant deny it, the Demcorats acted like a bunch of trashy, angry coots when they had almost total control of the most powerful political offices in this country. The moment when they had more control and more power than the history of their party, when they could've actually done something really good for this country, they instead chose to use any and all opportunities to stick it to the opposition instead of actually building good policies for the welfare of this country.

And people don't like being treated like that, so they voted for a radical alternative. Unfortunately, that was Trump. And now look at what Trump is doing.

Maybe we should all stop voting for vindictive, corrupt idiots.

Y'all need to read the Bloomberg article, today, on the filing of the NY State Attorney General vs the Trump chariitable foundation. It details how the Trump campaign took the money from his 2016 telethon, supposedly for disabled vets, and used the money for his political purposes, based upon the distribution of checks that TheRump personally signed. (TheRump was the only signatory of the fund, and personally signed all of the checks.) It also notes his money laundering of foreign mob money, and his stupidity in openly diverting charitable funds to his own personal uses, as documented with emails that gave instructions on campaign spending.
He's a crook in so many ways! (Like Manafort.)
If TheRump does not get impeached, removed and jailed, the moneymen will have taken over the House, DOJ and FBI. TheRump's crimes will make TrickyDick look like a school boy with a poor attitude.
PS: TheRump can't pardon charges brought by the State of New York, or other states.
Mueller will knock the socks off TheRump.
