UCS would do the same....

Apr 4, 2012, 9:51 AM

...except to the limited travel allowed by those pesky electronic home-arrest anklets.

Clover SC has a nice stadium and is relatively close to

Charlotte too. That would be a great practice site.

"When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car."

"I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it."

I helped build that stadium!

Apr 4, 2012, 10:52 AM

Class of 96. Our 10-2 run that year brought in a bunch of donations that year, and the newer parts of the stadium were built with that money.

For a nicer stadium (and school) head over to York.***

Clemson doesn't care about basketball....as evidenced by Brown-L getting 14 years.

Grayson HS is EXACTLY 100 miles from Clemson...

WARM UP THE BUS!

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Most of you.

Forget Cooterville, just keep going to to Charleston . . .

Apr 4, 2012, 10:15 AM

I would rather play in front of kids from Goose Creek HS, Wando, Monks Corner, nearby Bamburg & Ehrhardt etc, etc.

Very, Very Excited. Very, Very Proud.

And Summerville.***

I would love it! It would stir up the Chicken Coop here in

Apr 4, 2012, 10:51 AM

Cootlumbia. Coot propaganda would go berserk!

Go Tigers!!!!!!!!

P.S. Need to have one in North Augusta or even Beaufort-heavy UGA fan areas in our state.

Blythewood or lexington both have nice fields and are in the cootlumbia area plus I live close and would love to watch.

UVA played at ODU in Norfolk last spring...

and Coach London is beating VT big time for 757 (Tidewater) recruits. It's actually not a bad idea to play scrimmages around the state at smaller DI, DII or DIII schools. It's all about marketing your product!

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Let's have one in Atlanta***

There's something in these hills.

How does the travel to these practices count?

Apr 4, 2012, 1:37 PM

Do the hours on the bus count against your total hours of organized activities in a week?

If the travel time counts against you, I'd rather have the 2 hours on the field than the 2 hours on the bus.

According to the article this is one advantage the ACC has

Apr 4, 2012, 2:20 PM

over the SEC. We should exploit the heck out of it. It will be fun to see how fast Mike Slive rewrites the rules if it actually had a noticable effect on recruiting.

And I'd have it either at Lexington High or Irmo High,

Apr 4, 2012, 3:41 PM

and I'd march right into Rock Hill for another. I'm sure the coaching staff would know why for those locations.
