while we are improving all our athletic facilities, the area behind the east goal at Riggs could be improved. It's like bare scrub land. Add some flowers or grass or something

What amazes me is I went to Clemson in late 80s ...

... and the steps from Holtzendorff down to Riggs Field were falling apart.

I went to a couple of soccer games last year when I was in town. The steps looked the same as they did 30 years ago (I'm pretty sure they are the same, no changes).

They are actually a bit hazardous to kids and older folks.

I figured when they did all that work on Hwy 93 side of Riggs Field they would fix those steps too.

Guess not.
